Nature of watches
Our watches are not pressure tested and no mechanical guarantee is guaranteed unless stated. Our pre-owned watches are strictly sold in “as is” condition. The description and photos of each watch are taken in harsh light and with minimal editing to show the true condition of our watches. Editing is only done to show the true condition of watches or the alteration of the background, we will not edit scruffs or watch characteristics out.
Please read all our descriptions carefully before purchase, some watches may have ‘defects’ due to the age of some watches such as patina, oxidisation, scuffs and other sort of characteristics that come with age.
We actively try our best to describe the true condition, and colours through our images and writing.
We reserve the right to withdraw or adjust our listings at any given time without notice.
Payment Methods
All our domestic prices are in Australian Dollars unless stated otherwise, or changed by the user. All payments are refunds are issued in AUD, unless a mutual agreement is made for other currencies.
We accept the following payment methods:
Stripe Payments which includes Apple Pay, Credit Cards & Debit Cards. Please note there is a fee with Credit Card Payments.
Bank Transfer: Bank Transfer Methods are available through our website, if there are any issues please contact us.
Cash Payments: Proof of address as well as a valid form of ID is required for cash payments, please contact us.
Refund Policy
All watches come with a 3-day return policy. For shipped items, the return period begins when the parcel is signed for. For in-person deliveries, the return period starts when the watch is collected or signed for. For change of mind returns we charge a 10% restocking fee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a return, items will not be accepted prior to authorisation. Watches must be returned in their original condition. Straps must remain unworn, as we do not accept returns on used straps.
HOURSTANCE will process a refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. Items are expected to be in the same condition as when it was originally shipped.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds after the 3-day inspection period. All items are at the customer’s risk once delivery has occurred.
Returns must be sent using the same method by which the item was received. The return must be fully insured and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
All watches remain the property of HOURSTANCE until full payment has been received.
Insured shipping is available upon request. In the event that a package is lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after reimbursement has been received from the insurance claim.
